Import Production Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the import production process from start to finish.
• Check measurements/specs and conduct quality control for samples and final production.
• Must have experience in writing and communicating fit comments.
• Maintain detailed production records and timelines.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2~5 years of experience in import production coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a passion for the role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
Tradeshow Sales Representative
***Base salary plus commission***
Responsibilities:
• Attend major industry tradeshows across the U.S. (Las Vegas, Dallas, New York, etc.)
• Coordinate and manage samples for each tradeshow event.
• Follow up with buyers post-show and process show orders.
• Acquire new wholesale accounts and generate new orders.
• Expand business with existing accounts.
• Maintain strong and effective communication with clients.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1~5 years of experience in wholesale apparel sales.
• Minimum 1~5 years of experience attending and working at tradeshows.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
Sales Representative
***Base salary plus commission***
Responsibilities:
• 5+ years of company sales experience with own sales accounts preferred
• Please list up your account on your resume-young contemporary lines
• Establish/maintain new accounts and process / follow up PO with buyers
• Attend & travel for out of state meetings (Must be eligible to travel)
• Builds client relationships, secures new orders from new customers, and maintains and expands business with an existing client base
• Communicates proactively with clients and responds in a timely manner to all correspondence. Expected to go the “extra mile” to build customer loyalty and satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale apparel sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
Fit Technician
• Update tech packs with fit comments
• Must be able to handle fit comments and tech packs.
• Able to examine and measure production samples to ensure accurate execution of requested specs
• Detail oriented and great communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Bilingual in Korean and English Preferred
