- Min 1 year of experience preferred.
- Order processing (Familiarity in APN program preferred)
- Assisting customers with their questions and inquiries via email and phone.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Fluency in English required.
- Create accurate product descriptions and titles
- Upload photos of new merchandise to the website in a timely manner
- Related customer service and sales assistance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
- Knowledge of social media platforms
Design Assistant• No experience required
• Adobe photoshop, Illustrator and CAD proficient
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be organized and a team player
