We are currently looking for a motivated and responsible individual(s) in multiple positions who can represent our brands. You must have a positive attitude and great communication skills.

1. E-Commerce Manager (60K - 100K per year, DOE)

Job Description(s)

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Faire, FashionGo, LA Showroom, NuOrder etc.)

• Oversee product listings, pricing updates, and inventory across multiple online platforms

• Lead digital merchandising strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates

• Monitor and analyze e-commerce KPIs (traffic, AOV, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.) and provide actionable insights, and adjust business strategy

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless campaigns and fulfillment

• Develop strategies for email marketing, online promotions, and content updates

• Identify opportunities for platform growth and new marketplace integrations

•  Manage customer service and user experience across online channels

Requirement(s)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce (B2B fashion industry preferred)

• Experience with platforms like Shopify, Faire, FashionGo, NuOrder, or similar wholesale marketplaces

• Strong understanding of online marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.) to improve and adjust business strategy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and e-commerce CMS platforms

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management skills

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

2. E-Commerce Specialist ($20 - $30 per hour, DOE)

Job Description(s)

• Execute HYFVE’s e-commerce strategy to improve product visibility and increase exposure.

• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on platforms such as Shopify, and other key marketplaces.

• Conduct regular competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Optimize product content and visuals to enhance customer experience and SEO.

• Set KPIs, generate reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirement(s)

• 1-2 years working experience in the wholesale fashion industry is a plus

• Proficient with web-based platforms, Google and Microsoft suites

• Friendly, professional, and respectful verbal/written communication skills to

• Ability to multi-task and possess attention to details

• Must be detail-oriented and organized

• Must be a team player

3. Graphic Designer  ($20 - $25 per hour, DOE)

Job Description(s) 

• Design high-quality graphics for web banners, newsletter banners, promotional flyers, lookbooks, social media contents, tradeshow materials, and sales tools.

• Work closely with the marketing and design team, accepting feedback and contributing to the overall creative process.

• Maintain a high standard of design quality while ensuring brand consistency across all digital assets.

Requirement(s)

• A degree in Graphic Design related field is preferred.

• Must be highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills.

• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
