Warehouse Manager
We are a growing fashion company based in Los Angeles seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including EDI processing for department stores, receiving, shipping, and inventory management
• Lead and supervise warehouse team members, ensuring productivity and OSHA safety standards
• Work closely with production team & Design team to meet deadlines
• Ensure to manage of merchandise is properly handled, labeled, and stored
• Keep warehouse space clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the apparel industry
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Language Requirements:
• Must be fluent in English
• Spanish preferred

Production Assistant (Full-Time)
Entry-level – No prior experience required
Our experienced and talented team specializes in full-package production as well as a-la-carte services, including concept development, patternmaking, fabric sourcing, marking and grading, cutting, sewing, and distribution. We've successfully built in-house brands from the ground up and are trusted by leading global department stores and e-commerce innovators to produce trend-forward, high-quality labels.
Responsibilities:
• Support daily communication with vendors and factories (domestic & overseas)
• Track production timelines and follow up to meet delivery deadlines
• Prepare and update purchase orders, tech packs, and production sheets
• Coordinate with design and sample teams to ensure product accuracy
• Review samples and production swatches; document any changes or issues
• Organize incoming samples and materials; assist with quality control checks
• Help manage inventory of trims, fabric, and labeling materials
• Maintain production files and reports with accuracy
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Full-time)
Compensation & Benefits:
• $19 – 22 (depending on experience/qualification)
