• Communicate daily with factories and vendors to ensure on-time production and quality
• Manage and track samples, fit comments, and production approvals
• Organize incoming/outgoing samples and shipments
• Collaborate closely with the design and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in garment production or related field
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric, and fit
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team player with a positive attitude
