E-Commerce & Sales Coordinator
We are looking for someone to manage online sales operations, customer communication, and inventory across platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory (our website, FashionGo, other platforms)
• Handle customer service via email, phone, and social media DM
• Respond to order-related inquiries
• Assist with SNS updates and basic online marketing to help drive sales
Qualifications:
• 2–3+ years of e-commerce experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Good fashion sense & awareness of trends
• Organized, detail-oriented, sales-minded
• Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
