E-Commerce Sales/Customer Service Associate
We are seeking an E-Commerce Sales/Customer Service Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and also manage sales channels.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Process and follow up with customer orders
• Contact customers for additional sales inquiries
• Update all necessary information on all websites
• Minimum 1+ year experience preferred
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tradeshow AssociateResponsibilities:
• Attend all major trade shows (Las Vegas, Dallas, Nashville, Atlanta)
• Assist with show setup and breakdown
• Manage and assist with sample organization
• Engage with buyers and provide show follow up with customers
• Follow up with show buyers and customers
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 Year of wholesale experience (Tradeshow Experience preferred not required)
• Must be able to travel in the US
• Must be fluent in English
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to travel as needed on weekends
Import Production AssistantResponsibilities:
• PO issue and follow up
• Follow up with Fit comments, QC, TOPs
• Basic Computer Skills (MS Office, Google, Etc)
• Bilingual in English & Korean Preferred
• Must be organized and have strong communication skills
Qualifications:
• No experience required
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* 3 months of probation (training period)
