Import Production Fit Technician
We are seeking an experienced Import Production Fit Technician to take ownership of our production quality and timelines. In this vital role, you will oversee the production cycle—from initial sampling to final delivery—ensuring every garment perfectly meets our high brand standards.
What You'll Do
• Oversee Production: Manage the import production process, including regular follow-ups, status tracking, and monitoring timelines from sampling through final delivery.
• Tech Packs & Fit: Create detailed tech packs and provide clear fit comments to ensure adherence to our quality and brand standards.
• Quality Control: Closely monitor garment construction and specs to guarantee top-tier execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with the design and sales teams to manage order priorities and proactively resolve any production issues.
What You Bring
• Experience: 3+ years of experience specifically in women’s apparel import production.
• Technical Expertise: An in-depth, hands-on knowledge of garment construction, specs, and the full production lifecycle.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience using ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Work Style: Fluent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
Import Design Assistant
Are you an organized, detail-oriented fashion enthusiast looking to grow your career in apparel? We are looking for an Import Design Assistant to join our fast-paced design and production team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our designs move seamlessly from concept to production.
What You'll Do
• Support the Process: Assist the design and production teams with daily organizational tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Manage Development: Handle sample management, create and update tech packs, and source fabrics and trims.
• Design & Document: Sketch technical flats and keep all design documentation updated and meticulously organized.
• Factory Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact to ensure production accuracy and timelines.
What You Bring
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in the apparel industry is highly preferred.
• Education: A degree in Fashion Design (preferred)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
• Work Style: You are highly organized, pay incredible attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
