Position Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support all aspects of import production
• Manage production timelines, vendor communication, and order tracking
• Lead coordination between internal teams and external factories
• Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools effectively
• Supervise and support both private label and licensed brand operations
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both Korean and English
• Train and guide junior staff or assistants as needed

Requirements:
• Manager: Preferred for candidates with 3+ years
• Assistant: 1 year of experience in production
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
