▶Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage international import and export shipments
2. Process shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms
3. Serve as a liaison between customers, carriers, agents, and customs officials
4. Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients
5. Resolve shipping issues and promptly respond to customer inquiries
6. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
7. Maintain accurate records of all shipments and transactions
8. Monitor costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
9. Check and report profits and losses, and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
▶Qualifications:
1. Over 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international shipping
2. Knowledge of export/import documentation and procedures
3. Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs requirements
4. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
5. Strong communication skills in both English and Korean
6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
7. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
8. Customer service orientation
9. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (preferred)
