DESIGNER :
Position Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
• Create seasonal collections, color palettes, and print selections based on upcoming trends
• Conduct trend research and build inspiration boards
• Oversee the full production cycle from proto samples to final delivery
• Attend fit sessions and work closely with the design and production teams
• Maintain strong communication with sales and production teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–10 years of experience
• AA or BA degree in Fashion or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Bilingual in Korean and English (verbal & written)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

DESIGN ASSISTANT

PRODUCTION MANAGER AND ASSISTANT
Position Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support all aspects of import production
• Manage production timelines, vendor communication, and order tracking
• Lead coordination between internal teams and external factories
• Supervise and support both private label and company brand
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both Korean and English
• Train and guide junior staff or assistants as needed
Requirements:
• Manager: Preferred for candidates with 3+ years
• Assistant: 1 year of experience in production
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
