POSITION SUMMARY: The Branch Manager manages branch employees and supervises day-to day operations of the branch. Must be able to bring in new customers and maintain VIP customers. Solicit new deposits and loans. Implement bank policies with respect to overall operations of the branch. Responsible for business development, customer relationships and marketing; participate in community events and CRA activities. Achieve the annual branch goals given by the management.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Supervise branch personnel and maintain highly motivated and well-trained staff
• Visit (potential) customers within the branch service area and solicit business
• Improve branch efficiency with ongoing study of the characteristics of the branch
• Approve and reject immediate credit/OD (within authorized limits established by the Board of Directors)
• Supervise branch security
• Supervise preparation of branch reports
• Schedule work time for employees (early days, off time, attempt to avoid overtime)
• Report what new products and services need improvement
• Recommend what new procedures and policies are needed for the bank
• Monitor Jumbo CD accounts
• Review teller’s work (customer’s deposit items)
• Vault open and close
• Review and approve NSF items, paid or returned
• Process international collection items
• Perform major customer service (open and close accounts, solve customer complaints, etc.)
• CTR report review
• Assume primary responsibility for branch BSA/AML and Regulatory Compliance
• Supervising branch staff responsibility
• Recommend hire and fire, salary raises, discipline and promote employees
• Transfer non-exempt employees from an area to another area within the branch
• Authority to delegate above job description to own branch staff.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or GED
• Fluent in English
• One (1) plus years in current position
• Ten(10) years minimum banking experience
• Five (5) years minimum experience in a leadership capacity
• Superior customer service skills
• Demonstrate leadership & supervisory abilities
• Relevant computer skills
• General math skills
• Detail orientated and able to function in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear, and consistent
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $80,000 ~ $100,000
