1. FULL-TIME SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We’re seeking a full-time, in-house sales representative who thrives in the import/wholesale space and is motivated to build lasting, high-volume account relationships. You’ll be responsible for driving $1M–$3M in annual sales by managing current accounts and developing new ones in the discount retail and distributor space. What You'll Do:
• Develop new wholesale accounts (distributors, chain stores, discount retailers)
• Manage and expand existing client relationships
• Work with leadership on pricing strategy and market targeting
• Travel quarterly for client meetings and trade shows
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in wholesale/import sales (cosmetics or consumer goods)
• Proven track record managing accounts with $100K+ order volumes
• Familiarity with discount retail and mass-market distribution channels
• Existing relationships with beauty buyers preferred
• Not open to contract reps or multi-brand sellers—this is a dedicated role
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel (e.g., TX, FL, NY, NH, MX)
• Full-time, on-site in Vernon (Los Angeles)
• Bonus: Korean or Spanish proficiency

2. DIRECTOR’S ASSISTANT (Entry Level)
Entry-level role where you'll support leadership and grow your skills. Start with office tasks, invoicing, and coordination, then expand to sales support, factory coordination, digital commerce, and online branding. We're looking for someone driven and self-starting who's willing to learn, take on increasing responsibilities, identify their strengths, and grow meaningfully. We invest in our people and want someone interested in long-term growth. Conversational Korean skills are needed for occasional communication with senior family leadership, but no reading/writing is required.
What You’ll Do:
• Office support: scheduling, invoicing, payments, correspondence, factory samples
• Admin: pricing/inventory updates, sales paperwork, inbox monitoring
• Build online storefronts, manage portals, develop ecommerce and brand presence
• Learn factory sourcing, import operations, B2B wholesale
Requirements:
• REQUIRED: Conversational polite Korean (no written skills required)
• Recent college graduate or early-career professional
• Interest in import business, CPG, and beauty/cosmetics
• Self-starting attitude and comfort with small business culture
• Reliable transportation and punctuality, consistent and professional work habits.
• Computer skills: MS Office, email, digital fluency
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site.

3. CONTRACT GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Contract-to-Hire)
We're seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team on a 3–6 month contract (opportunity to transition to full time). You'll work directly with our lead product designer and founders to support the full creative pipeline—from initial concept to packaging in-store. This is a hands-on role in a small, fast-moving team where your work will go from idea to execution in weeks, not years. Our rapid launch cycle, combines speed, agility, and creativity to bring affordable beauty to customers worldwide.
What You'll Do:
• Collaborate with the product development team to create packaging designs and artwork that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target audience
• Design marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional materials to drive brand awareness
• Generate creative ideas for product concepts and packaging designs that align with current trends and market demands
• Organize and manage stock photo libraries and prepare product listings for e-commerce and wholesale distribution
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or Junior/Senior college level in Graphic Design or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in both print and digital design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition
• Experience or strong interest in the cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus
• Excited to learn the full “soup to nuts” design process in beauty/CPG
• Available to work full-time, on-site (Vernon, Los Angeles)

4. Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Coordinator
Lead our growing ecommerce channels serving retail buyers and end users. This role focuses on digital commerce expansion, brand awareness, and reaching retail buyers through social media, online storefronts, and digital campaigns. • Manage online storefronts (Faire, B2B Wave, Amazon, DTC platforms) and build buyer relationships

• Office support: scheduling, invoicing, payments, correspondence
