- SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE -• Process orders from Fashiongo, Online sales and tradeshows
• Service all in-bound calls and emails from customers, diagnose and problem-solve any issues
• Upload photos of new merchandise to website in a timely manner
• Send line sheets to customers
• at least one year of experience in the fashion industry preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Must be highly organized and a strong team player
- IMPORT PRODUCTION ASSISTANT -• Manage and track samples, fit comments, and production approvals
• Organize incoming/outgoing samples and shipments
• Help photo shoot and upload photos
• Send line sheets to customers
• at least one year of experience in the fashion industry preferred
• ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Must be highly organized and a strong team player
