1. Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Enter and verify accuracy of daily bookkeeping and data entry
- Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
- Periodic Financial Reports and Statements
- Perform various accounting and administrative duties
The candidate should have the following qualifications:
- At least 2-3 Years of accounting/ bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency at Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication skills- verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
2. Jobsite SuperintendentJob Description:
We are seeking a jobsite superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise jobsite subcontractors and laborers
- General knowledge of construction trades and practices
- Record daily jobsite activity
- Coordinate with inspectors and agencies for permits and inspections (City, Utilities, agencies)
- Manage jobsite safety, clean up, traffic, and other daily activities
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
