1. SBA Note Officer (Garden Grove)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Loan generation, funding and boarding
• Handles charge off, down grade and non-accrual placement
• Reviews and monitors collateral insurances.
• Handles general loan servicing for SBA 7a loans
• Reviews daily loan payment and charge back
• Monitors tickler report and UCC continuation
• Reviews participation payment holdover G/L
• Reviews participation payment submission
• Handles monthly SBA 1502 report including late payment submission
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 5+ years of Lending and Loan Servicing experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of SBA SOP guidelines (7(a) and/or 504 programs)
• Substantial knowledge of loan operation, servicing, and documentation
• Detail-oriented
The salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $95,000.

2. SBA Portfolio Officer (Los Angeles)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor and follow up upcoming ticklers to clear up tickler items in a timely manner.
• Analyze and spread financial statements and tax returns and evaluate debt service capacity for annual review, substitute/release collateral, loan modification in accordance with credit policy and SBA Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements in a timely manner and submit to loan administration for approval.
• Analyze credit risks and identify mitigants, recommend and justify credit risk grades.
• Identify areas of concern pertaining to the existing loans and discuss with loan administration.
• Assist SBA Lending Group in solving problems regarding commercial and SBA Loan
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of successful SBA loan credit analysis, preferably in a community/regional Bank institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields of business or financing or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Exercise sound judgment when reporting and prioritizing loan activity.
• Ability to read and write using advanced banking and loan related terminology.
• Ability to operate a basic financial calculator to perform loan payments, rate, and terms.
• Thorough understanding of SBA and commercial loan underwriting guidelines, documentation, loan structuring and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of SBA/commercial lending, loan origination procedures and the Bank’s lending policy and procedures.
The salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $95,000.

3. Accounting Manager (Garden Grove/Los Angeles)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Bank’s general accounting system and financial information reporting.
• Assist Controller in overseeing the accounting operations of the Bank, especially its control systems, transaction-processing operations.
• Ensure that correspondent bank reconciliations are completed, and outstanding items are cleared in a timely fashion.
• Maintain the chart of accounts.
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
• Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.
• Assist in the issuance of timely and complete financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of the corporate annual report.
• Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of Bank operations.
• Assist in the calculation and issuance of financial and operating metrics.
• Assist in the creation of the annual budget and forecasts.
• Provide financial analyses as needed, for capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations.
• Assist in the coordination of the provision of information to external and internal auditors for their periodic reviews.
• Assist in the coordination of the provision of information to the regulators of the Bank during their examination.
• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in accounting or business administration plus additional financial, lending, compliance, and audit-related training, or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum eight (8) years of progressively responsible accounting experience with at least four years’ experience in bank accounting and regulatory reporting.
The salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $125,000.

4. IT Operations Engineer (Los Angeles)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically
• Install software and updating hardware
• Support and maintain bank hardware: PCs, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and other enterprise technology.
• Support and maintain bank software: Microsoft Windows and Office, Patching, Fiserv Premier banking software/application, Fiserv Business Analytics, and other banking/financial platforms.
• Diagnoses and resolves technical hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripheral equipment.
• Research questions using available information resources
• Provide technical guidance and training to end-users on software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Following standard IT and helpdesk procedures
• Logging all helpdesk interactions and collaborating with other IT teams to identify and escalate complex issues requiring specialized technical expertise
• Maintain inventory of various technology-related equipment
• Manage the day-to-day operations of computer networks
• Develop training materials and procedures for end users
• Collaborate with other IT Operation teammates ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to effectively carry out their responsibilities.
• Assist the Head of IT (or other supervisors as assigned) with IT Operations-related and Application Support duties
• Assist the Head of IT (or other supervisors as assigned) with project management and execution
• Handles technical assistance requests to ensure that all daily tasks are completed
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user manuals
• Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT and Application support
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or associate degree
• Combination of Experience and Education can meet the job requirements.
• 5+ years of Helpdesk support experiences or more (Preferred)
• 2+ years of IT Applications, Fiserv Premier and related application support experience or more (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Fiserv Premier Core, Business Analytics, BPM, and other Fiserv reporting related products and applications.
• Solid understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Windows servers, and networking concepts.
• Solid understanding of PC Imaging and maintaining the Images.
• Some technical understanding of network and system troubleshooting.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours if required to include evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Results oriented in a deadline driven work environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Willingness to travel to Bank’s assigned Data Centers and Branches as necessary.
• Open to other extended duties as assigned (as needed)
• Bilingual in English & Korean preferred
The salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $85,000.
