In this role, you'll connect with current and potential members and providers, assisting them with Medicare Advantage benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, referrals, prior authorizations, appeals, grievances, and other related questions. • Hourly rate: $24.00 - $29.00, based on your qualifications and experience
• Location: 765 The City Drive South, Suite 200, Orange, CA 92868
• Language requirement: Fluent in Korean and English
• Full-Time, Permanent Position
