This is a Full-time ON-SITE position Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

E-Commerce Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities
-Website maintenance, uploading/removing/revisions. (FashionGo/Magento)
-Manage inhouse e-commerce photoshoots on a weekly basis
-Coordinating with Sales and Production teams on any updates and changes on status of styles/inventory
-Provide support to the company’s sales team with product knowledge and technical support as needed
-Coordinate marketing tactics to reach existing and new customers
-Direct mail, web page layout, advertisements etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:
-Experience with FashionGo/Magento/N41
-Understanding of apparel markets/trends and interest in today’s fashion
-Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs/Sheets/Gmail
-Basic Photoshop capabilities
-At least 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce
-Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Customer Service Representative
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service and sales support via phone and e-mail.
-Receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product information, online store policies, order tracking, issue resolution, returns, and general information.
-Communicate with the shipping/ sales department to better serve the customers as needed.
-Confirming PO details with customers.
-Order management – reflecting cancelations, changes in delivery windows, order quantities.
-Provides timely follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
-Provide exceptional customer service to each account by responding to customer’s requests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
-Contribute positively to team dynamic.
Desired Skills and Experience:
-Experience with N41 ERP is a plus.
-Experience with Fashiongo is a plus.
-Strong written and verbal skills.
-Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast pasted environment.
-Excellent problem solving skills with a sense of urgency.
-Strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
-Previous experience in wholesale apparel/accessory customer service preferred.
