DESIGN POSITIONS
< Associate Fashion Designer >
Starting: $33–$38/hrs (DOE)
Experience: 3+ years
Support seasonal collection development and work with cross-functional teams to bring trend-forward designs to market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in concept development and seasonal planning
• Conduct trend research and build mood boards
• Create sketches, CADs, and tech packs
• Participate in fit sessions and manage specs
• Assist in fabric and print development
• Collaborate with production and merchandising teams
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of design experience after Fashion School graduated
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of garment specs and fit
• Organized, creative, and a strong communicator

< Assistant Fashion Designer >
Starting: $26–$29/hrs (DOE)
Experience: 1–2 years
A great opportunity for an early-career designer to gain hands-on experience and contribute to all stages of the design process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create supporting sketches and CADs
• Research trends and build mood boards
• Assist with tech packs and sample tracking
• Participate in fit reviews and development
• Help manage design calendars and timelines
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of relevant fashion design experience after after Fashion School graduated
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
• Keen eye for trends, color, and styling
• Highly organized and team-oriented

PRODUCTION
Production Manager / Production Coordinator
Starting: $35–$40/hrs (DOE)
Experience: 5+ years in apparel production or supply chain
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator or Assistant Manager to manage the full production lifecycle with both domestic and overseas vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage production from development through delivery
• Communicate daily with vendors and factories
• Track production timelines and update WIP reports
• Process purchase orders and samples
• Ensure trims/samples meet quality standards
• Resolve production issues with design and tech teams
• Conduct quality control inspections
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in fashion production or supply chain
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace; PLM/ERP is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced setting

FIT TECHNICIAN
Starting: $34–$38/hrs (DOE)
Experience: 5+ years in fit evaluation and quality control
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Fit Technician to ensure our garments meet consistent brand standards through technical analysis and live fittings.
Key Responsibilities:
Fit & Quality Control:
• Try on and evaluate women’s clothing (must fit sizes S & M)
• Assess fit, drape, construction, and quality
• Identify and communicate fit issues
Specs & Measurement:
• Measure garments and compare to tech packs
• Ensure sizing and construction consistency
Documentation:
• Record detailed fit notes
• Maintain fit history and spec updates
Vendor Collaboration:
• Communicate adjustments to overseas vendors
• Enforce fit standards and grading consistency
Requirements:
• Must fit women’s sizes Small and Medium
• Strong understanding of fit and garment construction
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Experience in technical design or production preferred
• Comfortable trying on samples
