• Review product quality and resolve supplier issues

Qualifications

Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities
• Accounts payable/receivables
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment
• Prepare and file tax documents as required
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Bookkeeping/Invoice and payment
• EDI documents sending and receiving
• Monthly expense reporting
Job Requirements and qualifications
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Acumatica, Or other ERP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
