Import Designer
Responsibilities
· Research & Develop: Forecast trends and develop seasonal styles that align with our brand identity and wholesale market needs.
· Vendor Communication: Communicate effectively with overseas vendors regarding sourcing, sample development, and production status.
· Design Execution: Create detailed tech packs, sketches, and colorways using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
· Fit & Production Knowledge: Apply strong knowledge of garment construction and fit processes to review samples and ensure design intent is maintained.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure styles are commercially viable and delivered on time.
Qualifications
· Experience: 3+ years of experience in Women’s Wholesale Apparel (Import design experience preferred).
· Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
· Knowledge: Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric, and pattern making.
· Attitude: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
· Salary: $80K~ $120K
Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all graphic design needs for the company
• Develop and maintain overall brand identity and visual direction
• Design line sheets, catalogs, lookbooks, and marketing materials
• Create graphics for websites, social media, and online marketplaces (e.g., FashionGo)
• Design trade show booth graphics and promotional materials
• Collaborate closely with sales, production, and management teams
Qualifications
• Experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools
• Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the fashion or apparel industry
• Branding or creative direction experience
• Bilingual in English and Korean
Compensation
· Salary: $80K ~
Negotiable based on experience and performance
Sales Associate
Responsibilities
· Trade Show Management: Travel to and participate in major trade shows to present collections and generate sales.
· Account Management: Manage and grow existing relationships with buyers; follow up on orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
· New Customers: Identify and reach out to potential new accounts to expand our wholesale distribution and market presence.
· Sales Operations: Accurately process sales orders and collaborate with the production team to monitor fulfillment status and ensure timely delivery.
· Market Feedback: Gather feedback from buyers during shows and sales meetings to share market insights with the design team.
Qualifications
· Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in the Wholesale Women’s Apparel industry. (Experience with Young Contemporary lines is a plus).
· Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to travel and work weekends for trade shows.
· Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with buyers and clients.
· Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new systems. (Knowledge of N41 is a plus, but not required).
· Attitude: Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities during busy seasons.
Compensation
· Salary: $80,000 ~
