A premium Insurance Agency located in Downtown Los Angeles is expanding operations and seeking motivated professionals for both Sales and Service positions to support the continued growth of our agency. We proudly serve the Korean marketplace and are looking for bilingual, licensed, and growth-oriented individuals. 

Positions Available (Full-Time) 

• Insurance Sales Producer 

• Client Service / Account Representative 

Work Structure 

Hybrid Work Environment: This full-time position is structured with a part-time in-office and part-time remote (work from home) schedule, allowing flexibility while maintaining full-time earning capacity and professional standards. 

Qualifications 

• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written required) 

• Active California Insurance License – minimum Personal Lines 

• Preferred: Property & Casualty (P&C;) and Life & Health Licenses 

• Strong communication and customer service skills 

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment 

Responsibilities 

• Conduct insurance consultations and policy reviews 

• Service existing accounts and maintain client relationships 

• Present tailored coverage solutions 

• Assist in agency growth initiatives 

• Maintain compliance and accurate policy documentation
