Responsibilities
• Partner with the design team to submit new styles, focusing on quality and cost
• Manage sampling process (PP, TOP, marketing samples)
• Communicate with factories through sampling and production
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and management teams
• Issue and manage purchase orders
• Review and approve standards, swatches, and submissions
• Prepare specs, sewing instructions, labels, trims, and packing details
• Maintain WIP reports and organize production data
• Oversee vendor communication (costing, lead times, QC, minimums)
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience; strong organization, Excel skills, and proactive communication
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 - Negotiable depending on position and experience.

Responsibilities
• Develop designs from conception through fit and production sample
• Responsible for entire design process to from market research, conceptual presentations, design and direction through fabric, print, spec and fit processes
• Leverage insights from Sales, Merchandising, Planning and seasonal trends
• Manage vendor relationships to maximize price, value & quality
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional team to meet company goals
Requirements
• Fashion Design School graduate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design
• Experience in Pre-Production
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop - Must know how to create linesheets and CADS
• Excellent time management/project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented & highly organized
• Overseas travel preferred

Wholesale Account Executive
Full Time / Los Angeles
The Wholesale Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with wholesale retail partners. This role oversees the entire sales process—from prospecting and account acquisition to order management and seasonal selling—while representing the brand with professionalism and strategic insight. The ideal candidate understands the fashion wholesale market, has strong retail relationships, and can effectively grow accounts while maintaining the brand’s positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
• Manage and grow relationships with existing wholesale partners to maximize seasonal sales and reorder opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts regarding product, pricing, order status, and delivery timelines
• Ensure strong sell-through at retail by supporting partners with product knowledge and merchandising guidance
Business Development
• Identify and onboard new wholesale accounts aligned with the brand’s positioning and growth strategy
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective retailers including boutiques, specialty stores, and department stores
• Present the brand to buyers through showroom appointments, trade shows, and market weeks
Sales Execution
• Conduct seasonal sales appointments with buyers to present new collections and secure orders
• Analyze sales performance and account metrics to inform sales strategies and product feedback
• Meet or exceed seasonal sales targets and revenue goals
Order Management
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and logistics) to ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues related to production, shipping, or inventory
• Manage reorders and in-season opportunities to maximize revenue
Market Intelligence
• Monitor retail trends, competitive brands, and consumer demand within the wholesale marketplace
• Provide feedback to design and merchandising teams based on buyer input and sales performance
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of wholesale sales experience in the fashion or apparel industry
• Existing relationships with retailers and buyers is strongly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment
• Experience with wholesale platforms, order management systems, or ERP tools is a plus (N41)
• Willingness to travel for markets, trade shows, and account meetings
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 - Negotiable depending on position and experience.
