• Preferably 3-4+ years experience
• Bilingual (English/Korean) Preferred
• Strong/efficient communication
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills required
• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual and a team player
• Attend FashionNova meetings
• Pick-up/ Drop-off PP/TOP Samples at FashionNova
• Follow-up and process PO with buyers
• Manage production from development to final delivery
• Able to process/ pick-up labels (if needed)
• Knowledge of garment construction & manufacturing process
• Ability to measure specs and check the quality of samples as well as production
• Ability to conduct fit sessions and relay fit comments to vendors overseas
