We are a growing women’s apparel company working across wholesale, private label, and branded collections, partnering with major retailers while expanding our direct-to-consumer presence. We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented team members to join us in-house.

OPEN POSITIONS

Fashion Designer (Brand Collection Focus)

• Design and develop seasonal brand collections from concept through production

• Work within a structured brand collection system (categories, deliveries, pricing, margins)

• Create sketches, line plans, and support tech packs

• Collaborate with production, sales, and merchandising teams

• Review samples, fittings, and revisions with factories

Requirements: Fashion design background, strong understanding of brand collections, seasonal calendar experience, knowledge of fabrics and construction, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop required.

Portfolio required.

Fashion Design Assistant

• Assist designers with sketches, tech packs, and seasonal development

• Organize samples, trims, and line sheets

• Track samples and fitting comments

• Communicate with vendors and factories

• Support photoshoots and showroom prep

Requirements: Fashion design coursework or degree, highly organized, Illustrator/Photoshop preferred, industry experience a plus.

Portfolio preferred.

ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Process vendor payments, invoices, and reconciliations

• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances

• Assist with monthly financial reporting and bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate financial records and support budgeting processes

• Coordinate with production, sales, and management teams on costing and payments

• Prepare documents for CPA and tax reporting

• Help improve internal financial systems and organization

Requirements

• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Detail-oriented and highly reliable

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets

• Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software preferred

• Fashion or apparel industry experience is a plus

Production Coordinator

• Manage production timelines from PO release through shipment

• Track sample and bulk production status with factories

• Review tech packs, BOMs, and production details

• Communicate daily with overseas vendors and internal teams

• Ensure on-time delivery and quality standards

Requirements: Apparel production experience, strong organization and follow-up skills, experience working with overseas factories, understanding of production calendars.

Production Assistant

• Support production team with daily follow-ups to China factories

• Track samples, lab dips, trims, and approvals

• Assist with production reports, WIP tracking, and documentation

• Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams

• Help ensure timelines are met for import deliveries

E-COMMERCE POSITION

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage products on Shopify

• Write product descriptions and update pricing, inventory, and images

• Organize website collections and product categories

• Assist with online orders, customer service, returns, and exchanges

• Help manage Instagram, Facebook Shop, and other sales channels

• Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams

• Support photoshoots, product launches, and seasonal updates

Requirements

• E-commerce or fashion experience preferred

• Shopify experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Organized and reliable

• Basic computer skills required

• Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or social media experience is a plus

• Must be able to work in-house in Downtown LA

FIT TECHNICIAN

We are seeking an experienced In-House Fit Technician to join our growing women’s apparel team.
성장 중인 여성의류 브랜드에서 함께할 경력직 Fit Technician을 모집합니다.
This role is responsible for managing garment fit sessions, reviewing samples, communicating fit corrections, and writing detailed technical comments to overseas factories in China.

Conduct fit sessions on live models
