• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, fashion marketing, or B2B sales, preferably in the wholesale fashion industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience with Photoshop, product photography, and photo editing coordination
• Excellent understanding of fashion terminology, trends, and seasonal marketing cycles
• Familiarity with ERP systems, online sales platforms, and social media marketing tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital assets, and optimize sales funnels
• Experience in migrating traditional business models to online platforms is a strong plus
• Lead the e-commerce marketing and sales strategy for B2B and B2C channels
• Maintain relationships with key accounts, respond to high-level inquiries, and resolve client issues
• Follow up with orders from tradeshows, online platforms, email, and phone
• Ensure all content (product info, visuals, listings) is up-to-date and brand-consistent

B2B Sales Representative
• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support via any communication instruments
• Confirming PO details with customers, receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns including requests for product information,order tracking, issue resolution, returns, and general information.
• In-house Sales / Production Support for timely shipment
• Update & send line sheets to customers
• Order management – reflecting cancelations, changes in delivery windows, order quantities.
• Provides timely follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to each account by responding to customer’s requests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
• ERP proficient
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast pasted environment.
• Excellent problem solving skills with a sense of urgency.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
