Calamo Silk, Inc. located in the heart of downtown LA is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized person for our receptionist position.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Answering phone on multiline phone system and distribute calls and messages accordingly
• Greet walk in customers and extend excellent customer service
• Data entry including invoice (experience with SAP is a plus) and create shipping labels
• Scanning and filing documents and organize & store files
• Create and send daily reports
• Make credit card charges and send out reports

Qualifications
• Eligible to work in US
• High school or GED
• Familiarity with MS Office (word, excel and outlook) required
• Excellent organizational and time management skill
