Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and track performance metrics.
- Manage strategic accounts and collaborate with the marketing team to closely design and successfully launch projects.
- Analyze sales data  to identify and leverage all potential opportunities for the brand to enhance market performance and drive growth.
- Generate leads and establish contact with businesses that may be interested in our products or services through cold calls, meetings, email, networking, and referrals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate sales.
- Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Partner with internal teams and regularly communicate results from conducted activities, maximize opportunities, and minimize risk.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- 3 + years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Previous beauty industry experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Managing experience in chain store accounts for local and nationally distribution
- Ability to maintain a positive uplifting attitude
- Knowledge of Smartsheet software and Slack
- Bilingual (English & Korean) required

Additional Requirements:
- Must have driver’s license
- Ability to safely lift a maximum of 20 pounds
- 10% willingness to travel

Job type: Full-time

Salary: $60k- $65k
