Responsibilities included, but are not limited to:
- Develop and apply system interface elements, text styles, and uniform terminology to innovative new features.
- Work across marketing & creative design teams to identify emerging trends.
- Develop and maintain a pattern library and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing designs.
- Design and deploy interaction patterns through components, documentation, and prototypes.
- Continually seek to understand the capabilities and technical constraints of the systems with which you’ll be developing and working.
- Interpret feedback positively and use it as an opportunity for improvements.
- Detailed understanding of the end-to-end product design process, including how to develop and use journey mapping, prototyping, user stories, user testing, visual design, etc.
- Include all safety or legal requirements and verbiage on any print materials created ensuring that internal approval procedures are followed.
- Assist, as needed, in the two-dimensional aspects of the three-dimensional development (ex. Creating product stickers, patterns, etc.)
- High understanding of package print, including final proofing and redesign/adjust mistakes
- Contribute team members and leverage relationships to advance work.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Must submit the portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, etc.
- 3 + years of experience in the beauty industry required.
- Experience in product design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative suites.
- Knowledge of branding.
- Well organized, detail oriented.
- Ability to muti-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-directed and result-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Photography and videography is a plus.
- Bilingual in English & Korean (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $62 - $65k
