ONE:SCAPE Coffee, located at 401 S. Vermont Ave. #6 in LA Koreatown, is seeking a barista with prior café experience who brings care, professionalism, and a genuine respect for quality and hospitality.
Built around an INTELLIGENTSIA-based specialty coffee program, we place strong value on beverage quality, polished bar execution, and thoughtful service. We are looking for someone who understands the rhythm of café operations and takes pride in maintaining consistency, efficiency, and a welcoming guest experience.
<Position>
- Barista
<Key Responsibilities>
- Maintain consistency and quality at the espresso bar
- Execute daily barista responsibilities with confidence and efficiency
- Support smooth service flow and collaborate closely with the team
- Help uphold brand standards in both beverage execution and hospitality
<Qualifications>
- Prior café experience
- Hands-on experience with espresso preparation, latte art, and dial-in
- Experience using a La Marzocco KB90 or a comparable espresso machine
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and care for quality
- Able to work efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced café environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and service-minded
