As we continue to expand our mainstream and traditional market presence, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Operations Associate to join our team in California.
[Position Summary]
The Sales Operations Associate will support daily order processing, customer account operations, and cross-functional coordination across sales, logistics, and accounting teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in commercial operations within a fast-paced environment.
[Key Responsibilities]
Process and manage customer orders using SAP (order entry, modification, invoicing)
Handle SAP-based transactions including credit memos, returns, and pricing adjustments
Maintain and monitor daily order lists to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
Coordinate shipment requests (LTL / FTL) and manage delivery scheduling
Arrange delivery appointments for key accounts
Support warehouse operations including pallet tracking (CHEP) and shipping documentation
Process internal sample orders and promotional/free goods shipments
Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and accounting teams to resolve order, billing, and delivery issues
Maintain operational documents and ensure compliance with internal processes
Manage perishable or short-dated inventory and provide regular updates
Coordinate temporary staffing requests and assist with timesheet tracking
[Qualifications]
Minimum Qualification
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
0–3 years of experience in sales operations, order processing, or data support
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus
Bilingual in English and Korean required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
Experience in FMCG, food, or distribution industry
Understanding of sales operations and supply chain
