Position: Lead Cook (Full-Time or Part-Time available)
Pay: $20.00+ / hour (Commensurate with experience)
Schedule & Hours: Flexible shifts available (Specific work days and hours are fully negotiable during the interview process).
Location: Near Downtown Los Angeles (10 minutes from DTLA)
[Key Responsibilities]
Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook high-quality menu items according to brand recipes and standards.
Kitchen Leadership: Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality control, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Inventory & Restocking: Monitor ingredient levels, assist with ordering/restocking, and ensure proper food rotation (FIFO).
Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
[Requirements & Qualifications]
Experience: Previous culinary or kitchen experience required (Line cook or lead cook experience preferred).
Age: Must be 18 years or older.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2 filing required).
Language: Fluency in English is required; bilingual in Korean is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, punctuality, and a positive "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced environment.
