IMPORT PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
* Minimum 1 years experience in production required
* Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented and organized
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
* Bilingual in Korean & English preferred
* Legally eligible to work in the United States
CUSTOMER SERVICE
* Handle show & e-commerce orders
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
* Experience with e-commerce platforms
* Strong communication skills
* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

MARKETING ASSISTANT
* Basic proficiency in graphic design with Photoshop and Illustrator

* Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) by creating compelling content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
