styles for day to night – specializing in dresses and separates. We are seeking a talented Jr.
Associate Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with design team to assist with preparing each seasonal
collection, including sketching, sourcing materials, creating technical
packages.
Communicate daily with overseas vendors to ensure timely arrival of
samples, log in and prep samples for fitting.
Analyze key product trends in marketplace and translate ideas into
products that are relevant for our brand
Maintains design records and ensures line sheets and tech packs are
up to date
Contribute to the creativity of designs
Make detailed Teck Packs
Sample management for meetings and market
Maintain organization of styles and style info throughout the entire
design process
Pull fabrics, develop concepts, assemble presentation boards for
meetings, and prepare mock-ups, color-ups, inspirational photos
Create Illustrator and hand sketches; prepare specification sheets and
line sheets and update as necessary
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Design
Min. 3 years experience in fashion
Excellent hand sketching skills
Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to create detailed tech packs
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Hardworking, kind, problem solver who leads by example
Excellent time management with a sense of priority for deadlines and
attention to detail
This position is for full time, in office 5 days a week.
