Job Title: Tech Support & Studio Operations Associate
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $20/hour
Type: Part-time / Full-time (flexible based on availability)
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Tech Support & Daily Operations Associate to support the daily technical operations of our studio location. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working on-site, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of entertainment systems such as photobooths and karaoke booths.
You will play a critical role in maintaining system stability, supporting staff and customers, and ensuring our studio operates efficiently with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for photobooth and karaoke systems
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (PCs, cameras, printers, kiosks, audio systems)
• Perform daily system checks and basic maintenance
• Assist with system setup, updates, and reboots as needed
• Monitor equipment performance and report recurring issues
• Support staff with operational and technical questions
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the studio
• Help manage supplies, equipment status, and basic inventory
• Coordinate with remote tech teams or vendors when needed
• Ensure smooth customer experience by quickly resolving technical disruptions
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Basic understanding of computers, peripherals, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows-based systems preferred
• Comfortable working with hardware (cameras, printers, audio equipment, kiosks)
• Ability to follow SOPs and document issues clearly
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working on-site in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to remain calm and responsive during technical issues
• Interest in technology, entertainment systems, or operations
• Prior experience in tech support, IT support, or operations is a plus
• BILINGUAL PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH AND KOREAN IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
