About Us:
HamChoRom is a fast-growing importer and distributor of trending Korean snacks, beverages, and alcoholic drinks across the U.S. We partner with national retailers such as Costco, Five Below, Total Wine, and H-Mart, introducing Korean favorites and other viral products.
We’re looking for a Mainstream Sales Representative who can help expand our brand into major U.S. retail chains by connecting with key buyers and building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
Identify, contact, and maintain relationships with national and regional retail buyers (Costco, TJ Maxx, Ross, HomeGoods, etc.)
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow distribution of Korean snack and beverage lines
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and placement with key accounts
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) to support product launches and retail programs
Attend trade shows, sampling events, and buyer meetings on behalf of HamChoRom
Provide regular updates on account status, goals, and sales performance
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Korean (required)
Experience working with mainstream U.S. retail buyers (grocery, convenience, club, or specialty channels)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Understanding of import/distribution operations and retail sales cycles
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

주요 거래처와의 가격, 프로모션, 진열 관련 협상 진행
마케팅, 물류, 운영팀 등 내부 팀과 협업하여 신제품 출시 및 리테일 프로그램 지원
트레이드쇼, 시식 이벤트, 바이어 미팅 등 외부 영업 활동 참여
거래처 현황, 목표 및 매출 실적에 대한 정기적인 보고
자격 요건 (Qualifications)
영어 및 한국어 이중언어 능통자 (필수)
미국 내 주류(Mainstream) 리테일 바이어 영업 경험자 (필수)
(예: Grocery, Convenience, Club, Specialty 채널 등)
우수한 커뮤니케이션, 협상, 프레젠테이션 능력 보유
수입/유통 구조 및 리테일 세일즈 사이클에 대한 이해
자기 주도적이며 체계적인 업무 수행 능력
경영학, 마케팅 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위 우대
