Warehouse Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations at a logistics center. This role is responsible for daily operations, inventory accuracy, team leadership, safety compliance, KPI performance, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Manage inbound, storage, picking/packing, shipping, and returns
Execute operational plans to meet service level and productivity targets
Maintain and improve SOPs across warehouse processes
Inventory & Quality
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
Investigate discrepancies, damages, and shipment errors; implement corrective actions
Team Leadership
Lead warehouse staff (full-time, temp, and/or 3PL partners)
Manage scheduling, productivity, training, and performance
Foster strong communication across shifts
KPI & Cost Control
Monitor KPIs (productivity, OTIF, shrinkage, error rates, labor efficiency)
Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage operational budgets
Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety, EHS standards, and equipment compliance
Maintain facility security and regulatory compliance
WMS & Systems
Manage WMS-based warehouse operations
Maintain system accuracy for inventory and order flow
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or HQ
Required Qualifications
7+ years of warehouse or logistics operations experience
2–3+ years of people management or on-site warehouse leadership
Hands-on experience with WMS and inventory control
Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and performance metrics
Proficient in Excel and MS Office
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment (peak seasons, flexible support as needed)
Business-level Korean proficiency (for HQ or partner communication)
